David Dunn of Vulcan Painters is Certified Concrete Coatings Inspector
Birmingham AL, Dec. 14--David Dunn of Vulcan Painters Inc. has successfully completed Concrete Coating Inspection training by SSPC, The Society for Protective Coatings and passed the examination to become a Certified Concrete Coatings Inspector.
According to Michael Damiano, Director of Product Development for SSPC, "The CCI Program fits nicely into SSPC's strategic plan to educate and qualify professionals who apply coatings and surfacings over concrete. The program fills a void in the industry by offering the first comprehensive certification program for those professionals who perform quality control/assurance inspections of coatings and polymer surfacings applied to all concrete surfaces."
The CCI program consists of 6 days/40 hours of intensive classroom training and a rigorous 1-day certification exam.
